Bid Bond $5000 The City of Orange City maintains both wastewater and stormwater lift stations. We are looking for contractor(s) to perform inspections and maintenance on the City's various lift stations. An inventory of the current lift stations is provided as an attachment. Scope of Work (SOW): Semi-annual maintenance shall consider the following items: - Pull pumps and inspect impellors and wear rings. - Clean and inspect pumps for obstructions and run hours - Exercise check valves, plug valves, and gate valves - Clean and inspect float & transducer system operation - Inspect condition of wet well - Inspect operation of alarm system - Inspect all electrical components for tightness and corrosion - Lube all locks and hinges - Check amperages and all three legs voltage - Provide detailed report of work performed and make documentation of any needed repairs - Provide proposal for additional repairs required Annual maintenance shall consider the following items: - Perform all semi-annual maintenance actions - Clean electrical contacts - Perform annual lift station pump flow drawdowns for pump (gpm) flow monitoring - Provide detailed report of work performed and make documentation of any needed repairs - Provide proposal for additional repairs required - Visually check and tighten any loose electrical wires that may cause an electrical fault1 - Check and correct IR and vibration of electrical panel boxes1
