Site work for a water / sewer project in Langley, British Columbia. Conceptual plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Design and construct an outlet storm sewer for flood mitigation purposes. TIMELINE: Feasibility study, including a detailed assessment is underway. The first phase involves confirming feasibility of the proposed outlet and identifying flow conveyance requirements to avoid flood risk transfer and meet current Township standards, Subsequently, selected engineering design(s) are to be advanced to tender-ready detailed design level. It is anticipated that a team of qualified professionals would include at a minimum water resources engineering, civil/municipal engineering, hydrogeology, and environmental specialists. Further update early summer 2024, upon approvals.
