Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Manchester, Connecticut. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
Work under this contract includes the reconstruction of a parking lot at 41 and 75 Center Street in the Town of Manchester. Work includes excavation; grading; installation of storm drainage facilities, retaining walls, fencing and timber rail; sidewalk and construction; bituminous concrete paving; landscaping; site lighting; and installation of Town furnished EV charging stations. The Project Schedule for this project is projected to be completed within ONE HUNDRED FIFTY (150) WORKING DAYS (contract days). Question Submission Deadline:July 27, 2023, 4:00pm. Question Response Deadline:August 1, 2023, 4:00pm. . The Town reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive technical defects and to make such awards including accepting a bid, although not the low bid, as it deems in its sole discretion to be in the best interest of the Town. The Town reserves the right to reject any bid if the Bidder, any officer of the Bidder, or any other company owned in whole or in part by an officer(s) of the Bidder, is delinquent in the payment of any taxes or fees owed to the Town.
