The project is referred to as "Creston Northwest, C-71(427)" and shall include all labor, materials, transportation and equipment required for the construction of a three span 91'-5 3/4"" concrete deck slab bridge on a 35 skew (RHB) with a 28' clear roadway and other incidental work. Along with its Bid Proposal, each bidder shall submit an unconditional Bid Bond or Certified Check payable to the County Treasurer of Platte County, Nebraska, in an amount equal to five (5) percent of the Bid Proposal. Also, each bidder is to provide a Start of Construction date and End of Construction date for each project with its Bid Proposal. The desired completion date is June 1, 2024. The Contractor will be allowed eighty-five (85) calendar days. The completion date will be the earlier of the date indicated in the bid proposal or the actual start date plus the allotted calendar days. Additional days due to weather may be granted at the discretion of the engineer.
