EACM Corporation of Sea Bright, New Jersey, submitted a bid price for the project as follows: i. Union Township Elementary School – Base Bid - $530,000 Alternate #2 - $21,645.00 Alternate #4 - $35,000.00 Total Bid - $586,645.00 ii. Union Township Middle School – Base Bid - $1,400,000.00 Alternate #1 - $117,000.00 Alternate #3 - $50,000.00 Total Bid - $1,567,000.00 If on this date the Union Township School District is closed to all students and all staff or has an early dismissal due to weather or any other emergency that closes all schools and offices for all students and all staff prior to 11:00am, bids will be due at 11:00am on the next day that the school district is open. The Board reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive any informality and to accept such bid which, in the opinion of the Board, is in the best interests of the School District. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to the maximum extent of its lawful discretion. Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-1 et seq., "The Law Against Discrimination," and affirmative action, P.L. 1975, C. 127, N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27. Each bidder must possess one or more of the following DPMC Classifications: C008 or C009 or CO32. Each bidder must also possess or utilize subcontractors who possess the following DPMC classifications: C008 or C009 and CO32 and CO47. All bidders and their subcontractors shall be registered with the New Jersey Department of Labor and Workforce Development, pursuant to the Public Works Contractor Registration Act, N.J.S.A. 34:11-56.48 et seq.
