Site work and new construction of an office development in Key Biscayne, Florida. Completed plans call for the construction of a 7,000-square-foot, one-story above grade office development; and for site work for a office development.
As of November 29,2023, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award has not yet been established. Project consists of the New Construction of approximately 7,000 square foot, single story CBS structure on Park & Recreation Open Spaces land located on Crandon Park North Beach, Key Biscayne Florida. The facility will accommodate Miami-Dade Fire Rescue life safety and Ocean Rescue support staff for the protection of our constituents, community, and beaches.
