Description

Site work and new construction of a municipal facility in Honolulu, Hawaii. Conceptual plans call for the construction of a municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.

The Kauai County Housing Agency (KCHA) is seeking an Engineering and Construction documents to enable the development of the Kilauea Affordable Housing subdivision on approximately 50 acres of County owned land in the town of Kilauea. The project includes the engineering and design of all required on and off-site civil infrastructure including, stormwater system, water systems, wastewater, roadways, and utilities. Once fully developed the subdivision is projected to provide a minimum of 300 new affordable housing units in the mix of rental and for sale products serving Kauai. Our goal is to provide a 100% affordable development serving a mix of income levels.
