Renovation of a fitness / recreation center in Yankton, South Dakota. Working plans call for the renovation of a fitness / recreation center.
Technical questions can be forwarded to Jonathan Kennedy, PE Electrical Project Manager, West Plans Engineering, (605)306-8048. The bid opening will take place via a video link. Those who wish to observe the bid opening may do so via the video link. The link and additional project information can be found on the engineering website: https://gfp.sd.gov /bids-contracts/. Each bid in excess of $100,000.00 must be accompanied by a certified check, cashier's check or draft in the amount of 5% of the base bid and all add alternates and drawn on a State or National Bank or a 10% bid bond issued by a surety authorized to do business in the State of South Dakota and made payable to the Department of Game, Fish and Parks of the State of South Dakota. Anyone requesting, reviewing, or copying plans and specifications for this project (such individual is hereinafter referred to as "bidder") agrees that they are doing so for the sole purpose of submitting a bid on the project. The South Dakota Department of Game, Fish and Parks reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any irregularities therein. Per owner all bids were rejected, and this project will re-bid at a future time and date TBD.
