Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Southgate, Michigan. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
Reference Number 0000324617 The proposed project is for the construction of approximately 4475 LFT of new sidewalk in the unimproved right of way of Superior Avenue from Waverly Subdivision to Lions Park. The proposed project also consists of the removal and replacement of approximately 930 SFT of existing sidewalk flags from Waverly Subdivision to Reeck Road. This work will include items such as: Soil Erosion Silt Fence, Clearing, Culvert Removal and Installation, Structure Adjustment, Swale Grading and Restoration. The project anticipated start date, weather permitting, is August 28, 2023 and is to be substantially completed by September 29, 2023. All questions shall be directed to John M. Miller, Project/Construction Manager by email at jmmiller@hengineers.com. All questions must be submitted five (5) business days prior to Tuesday August 1, 2023. Bidders must deposit, with their bid, surety in the form of a certified check, bank draft, or bid bond, in the sum of five percent (5%) of the amount of the proposal. The OWNER reserves the right to waive any information or to reject any and/or all bids. Bidders may not withdraw their bid within 60 days after the date of bid opened
