Questions Deadline: July 28, 2023 at 12:00:00 PM Toronto time This procurement may be subject to Chapter 5 of the Canada Free Trade Agreement ("CFTA") and Chapter 19 of the Comprehensive Economic Trade Agreement ("CETA"). This Request for Proposals (the "RFP") is an invitation by the Liquor Control Board of Ontario (the "LCBO") to prospective proponents to submit proposals for Architectural Consulting Services ("Architectural Services") for all applicable LCBO Service Locations across the Province of Ontario (the "Program"), as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix B) (the "Deliverables"). The intent of this RFP is to select one (1) selected proponent, with demonstrated experience of minimum five (5) years, to provide the entire scope of work as outlined in this RFP. The selected proponent will serve as Architectural Consultant for the LCBO, fulfilling those duties as well as other services, as outlined in the proceeding sections of this RFP. Term of Contract: The term of the agreement is to be for a period of two (2) years, commencing on a date to be determined by the LCBO, with an option to extend the agreement at the sole discretion of the LCBO, on the same terms and conditions, for an additional term of up to three (3) separate, one (1) year optional extension terms. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
