The City of Belfast is soliciting written bids for supplying salt for winter road maintenance. Attached are instructions and/or specifications pertaining to bids. The City of Belfast is exempt from taxes; therefore bids should exclude such taxes. Federal excise certification shall be executed upon request of favorable bidder. The City of Belfast reserves the right to waive any formality or technicality. The award of the bid may be based on price, quality and / or service.
