Site work for a fire / police facility in Bonney Lake, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a fire / police facility.
The contract includes general trades, mechanical, electrical, and related site work for a new single story fire station of primary wood frame with steel and concrete elements. Station will include fire apparatus parking area with supporting functions. Living and sleeping quarters for 24 hour use by fire department personnel. Station is approximately 16,000 square feet in total. This project is subject to Washington State prevailing wages rates. All work performed on the project will be subject to the approved wage determination rates in the bid documents. Owner is an equal opportunity and affirmative action employer.
