The Work to be done under this contract consists of all labor, equipment and materials to resurface roadways utilizing milling or base repair construction and wearing course overlay. Questions received after the posted cut-off date (July 25, 2023 at 2:00 PM) may not be answered. This project is subject to applicable provisions of Act 422, Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act as amended and the prevailing minimum wage rates issued by the Pennsylvania Department of Labor and Industry A certified check or bid bond for the amount of 10% of the total bid shall be required. Bonds are to be issued by a surety licensed to do business in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Letters of credit will not be accepted. The Borough of Collegeville reserves the right to reject any and all bids for any cause whatsoever, to eliminate any item or items from the contract, and to waive any immaterial defect or informality in the bids. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a bond guaranteeing performance of the contract in the amount of 100% of the value of the contract. Question Deadline 07/25/2023 at 2:00 PM ET
