Healthcare Materials Management Services (HMMS), on behalf of St. Joseph's Health Care London (SJHCL), and in particular, the Facilities Management Department, is looking to establish a partnership with a preferred Proponent to provide structural repair services for the Grosvenor Street Parking Garage, as outlined in the RFP documents, HMMS04298 - SJHC LONDON - GROSVENOR PARKING GARAGE STRUCTURAL REPAIRS. The original east parking garage was constructed in 1973 with an addition to the west end in 1987. The parking garage provides parking for St Joseph’s Health Care located to the north of the parking garage. The parking garage consists of reinforced cast-in-place concrete one way slabs spanning east/west between concrete beams. In 2017 the roof membrane was replaced over the 1973 structure and. In 2019 the traffic membrane was replaced at the turn radii throughout the 1973 structure and all concrete slab surface spalls were repaired both the 1973 and 1987 structures. In 2020 the traffic membrane was replaced at the straight drive aisles throughout the 1973 structure. In 2021 identified expansion joists were replaced and localized concrete beam repairs were completed. In 2023 additional concrete repairs were completed and the zinc coating on identified beams replaced. The scope of this project is to complete concrete beam and slab soffit repairs. A sperate price is requested to complete the column and slab surface repairs with traffic membrane recoating.
