The intent of this REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS (RFP) is to select a qualified consultant team (hereafter referred to as "Consultant") to provide professional services to finalize design and construction documents, assist with bidding, and provide construction management for the new two (2) acre Community Tree Nursey & Garden (The Garden) in Richmond Hill, GA. The City requests that a Landscape Architect licensed in the State of Georgia lead the Consultant team. The City has prepared Concept Plan for The Garden which includes: new driveway, parking spaces, walkway, gazebo, tool shed, raised beds and plating rows Any questions pertaining to this request for proposal must be made in writing and received no later than 11:00 A.M., July 26, 2023. No responses will be given to questions received after that time. Questions may be faxed to 912.756.3368 to the attention of Nathan Clark, Assistant City Manger, emailed to Nathan Clark, Assistant City Manager at nclark@richmondhill-ga.gov, or hand delivered to The City of Richmond Hill located at 40 Richard R Davis Drive, Richmond Hill, GA 31324.
