Site work for a mixed-use development in Sammamish, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; and water / sewer project.
Work under this contract will include, but is not be limited to, removing existing natural turf baseball, softball and football/soccer fields including the cinder running track; stormwater improvements; utility connections; new vertically drained, rubberized running track; coordination with synthetic turf contractor; construction of new field perimeter fencing including ball control netting; chain link and ball control netting backstops; pedestrian pathway connections; coordination with new modular restroom building; and restoration of all disturbed areas.
