The project consists of phased renovation of four sets of restrooms at Joel E. Barber School. The work consists of, but is not limited to, selective demolition, new construction of electrical, plumbing, and interior finish work.The project is located at 16050 Highway KK, Lebanon, Missouri 65536 in Laclede County, Missouri. The Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and may waive any or all informalities in the bid process. The Owner's decision regarding the approval/denial of bids are based on various factors such as, but not limited to, quality, time constraints, and service. All decisions will be in the best interest of the district and shall be final, No bids may be withdrawn for a period of Thirty (30) days subsequent to the specified time for receipt of bids.
