Site work and paving for a bridge / tunnel in Warrenton, Virginia. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel.
The purpose of this IFB is to establish a firm fixed price, lump sum contract with one qualified Contractor to provide all labor, materials, equipment, supplies, services, permits and, incidentals required to perform all requirements as specified herein, and indicated for the purpose of Construction of White's Mill Pedestrian Bridge #2 located as indicated in drawings provided. All requirements shall be provided in accordance with this IFB and the Project Plan Set. This solicitation is issued by the Fauquier County Procurement Division on behalf of the Fauquier County Parks and Recreation Department, herein referred to for convenience as "Owner." Fauquier County Board of Supervisors' approval is required for the award of a contract resulting from this solicitation. Direct all questions concerning the Project Drawings and/or Plans in writing to: jeffrey.campbell@fauquiercounty.gov . Please have a copy of the IFB with you. Any questions that arise out of the PBC will be issued in an addendum and posted for potential offerors to download for their reference Intent to Bid by Aug 01, 2023 1:00 PM EDT.
