Description

This is a service / maintenance or supply contract in Nashville, Tennessee. Contact the soliciting agency for additional information.

At the beginning and ending of each shift, the contractor shall log name, date and time of arrival and departure. This logbook will be signed off daily by parties deemed responsible at each location. Each log sheet will be completed weekly and will run concurrently with the day porter billing cycle. At the end of the billing cycle, the logbook will be returned to the facilities management team. After filling out the start time at each locations logbook, the workday will consist of completing task within the allotted time.
