A 5% bid discount shall be applied on M/WBE prime contracts on construction and goods and services contracts of $300,000 or less.

o Contract award for eligible M/WBES is not reduced Goals for all Professional Services: 25% MBE and 5% WBE The City reserves the right to thoroughly investigate the financial status, experience, qualifications, competence, reputation, and record of the Bidder and the City reserves the right to reject any or all bids. The Contractor will perform the following "Electrical Systems Services" as requested and ordered in writing by the Airport Representative:
A.
Service. The Contractor will furnish all supervision, labor, tools, equipment, supplies, parts, components and material necessary or required to make modifications, additions, perform preventative maintenance, inspect, test and repair "Electrical Systems" (as defined in Appendix A, Section 5.M below) for the City at the Airport as ordered, directed, and requested in writing by the Airport Representative.

The Contractor will provide additional emergency repair and testing
services as required or necessary to keep the Electrical Systems operating in a safe and efficient manner as ordered, directed, and requested in writing by the Airport Representative. Mobilization Payments: When applicable, subcontractors may request mobilization payments not to exceed 5% of their contract from the Prime Contractor when mobilization payments are approved as a contract line item for the Prime Contractor and receive mobilization payment no later than five business days before the subcontractor is required to mobilize to start their contracted work.
Liquidated Damages: Liquidated Damages will be assessed in the event M/WBE goals are not met and "good faith efforts" have not been shown. Assessed Liquidated Damages may not exceed the M/WBE goal shortfalls. Deadline for Questions and Revisions: July 25, 2023, 5:00 pm
