The Town of Franklin is seeking proposals from firms to perform construction and installation of equipment to upgrade the Boyds Pump Station located in Franklin, North Carolina. Respondents are required to submit four (4) double-sided copies and one electronic copy of a sealed Proposal by no later than August 10, 2023 at 2:00 PM at the Franklin Town Hall, 95 East Main Street, Franklin, North Carolina 28734 clearly marked Wastewater Pumpstation Upgrades. Proposals received after that date and time will be rejected. The Town reserves the right to reject any or all proposals if it deems such to be in the best interest of the Town of Franklin. Questions regarding this Request for Proposal should be directed to Bill Deal, Public Works Director, by e-mail at bdeal@franklinnc.com. The Town of Franklin is seeking proposals from firms to perform installation of equipment to upgrade the Boyd's Pump Station, located at 448 Terrell Road, Franklin NC, 28734.
