Quarterly Mowing of the Firebreaks along Coke Road and Waimea Canyon Drive. To maintain two firebreaks along Public Hunng Unit L located in Kekaha, Kauai. One fire break is approximately 2 miles long and runs along the East side of Kokee Road (going up it will be on your right). The other is also approximately 2 miles long and runs along the West side of Waimea Canyon Drive . Maintain the existing firebreaks by mowing them quarterly. Grass and haole koa aer mowing shall not be higher than six inches. Firebreaks are between 50 and 100 feet wide, depending on the area. The Waimea Canyon Drive firebreak is wider than the Kokee Road firebreak. Direct all questions regarding this Solicitation, and any questions or Issues relating to the accessibility of this Solicitation (Including the appendices and exhibits to this Document, The STATE, in its sole discretion, shall have the exclusive right to copyright any product, concept, or material developed, prepared, assembled, or conceived by the CONTRACTOR pursuant to this Contract
