The purpose of this project is to remove and replace existing counterflashing along the entire length of wall/roof interface, remove all existing old caulk from wall and perma-lock panel along entire length of wall, remove all debris under counterflashing and along entire wall. The estimated cost of this project is between $25,000 and $100,000. Interested parties are requested to submit a brief capability statement that includes the following information: 1. A positive statement of intent to submit an offer as a prime contractor, 2. A completed and signed Sources Sought Information Request Form (see attachment), 3. A listing of projects completed during the past three years, for both government and private industry.
