Three (3) large chandeliers with rows and columns of Norwegian crystals hang from the ceiling of the front lobby in the Centennial Concert Hall. These chandeliers need to be cleaned and re-lamped from incandescent lamp sources to new light-emitting diode ("LED") sources. Each chandelier utilizes three (3) types of lamps: approximately one-hundred and thirty- six (136) "Type A" lamps, twenty-five (25) BR-30 lamps, and one (1) five-hundred-watt mogul base "emergency lighting" lamp. All of these lamps are to be replaced with new LED lamps supplied by Owner. The submission of a Proposal and/or quote or the receipt of a quote by MCCC does not constitute acceptance, in any way whatsoever.
