Renovation of a water / sewer project in Magnolia, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
WWTP Improvements, including constructing a new chlorine contact basin; removing the existing chlorine contact basin; extending walkway to the new basin; repairing clarifier walls; replacing existing clarifier walkway grating. The successful bidder must furnish a performance bond and a payment bond each in the sum of 100 percent of the Contract Price. The successful bidder must also provide a one-year (1) Maintenance Bond for one hundred (100) percent of the cost of the construction of the improvements that will be owned by Clover creek Municipal Utility District. Each Bid must be accompanied by a Bid Bond or a certified or cashier's check, acceptable to the Owner, in an amount not less than two percent (2%) of the total amount Bid, as a guarantee that the successful bidder. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all Bids and to waive all defects and irregularities in bidding or bidding process except time of submitting a Bid.
