The Project will be designed and constructed so as to meet all applicable federal, state, and local accessibility standards. Castroville Parks and Recreation Community Building - Construction of a new 7,800 SF multiuse and multi-purpose community building for Parks and Recreation that will be available for the citys 3,097 residents and Medina Countys 51,981 residents. The proposed project will be built on city owned property. The design phase period of performance is allowed at six (4) months and the renovation / construction phase is allowed at twelve (12) months.
