Improvements to the Crafton Pool Bathhouse Contract No. 1 - Base Bid - General Construction This project involves renovations to an existing municipal pool bathhouse site and building, including, but not limited to, existing site feature demolition and protection; unclassified bulk excavation; erosion and sediment control measures; asphalt and concrete paving; renovations to an existing bathhouse; and associated landscaping and plantings, complete in place. Contract No. 2 - Base Bid - Electrical Construction This project involves electrical construction for renovations to an existing municipal pool bathhouse, including, but not limited to, existing electrical demolition; and associated site and building electrical construction, complete in place. Contract No. 3 - Base Bid - Plumbing Construction This project involves plumbing construction for renovations to an existing municipal pool bathhouse, including, but not limited to, existing plumbing demolition; and associated site and building plumbing construction, complete in place. Contract No. 1 - Add Alternate Bids - General Construction Add Alternate Bids for Contract No. 1 - General Construction include standing seam metal roof replacement, aluminum gutters, facia, and downspouts; replacement of concession service windows; interior concession area concrete slab refinishing; and installation of thirty-six (36) new lockers, complete in place.
