Site work for a bridge / tunnel in Ravenna, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel.
The project consists of furnishing all labor, materials and equipment necessary to complete the project known as the 2023 Asbury Culvert Replacement Project, in Freedom Township, Portage County. This Project consists of replacing a 60" CMP culvert with a 60" Reinforced concrete culvert and relacing any disturbed pavement on Asbury. Each proposal must contain the full name of the party or parties submitting the proposal and all persons interested therein. Each bidder must submit evidence of its experiences on projects of similar size and complexity. The owner intends and requires that this project be completed no later than April 23 rd, 2024. Each bidder is required to furnish with its proposal, a Bid Guaranty and Contract Bond in accordance with Section 153.54 of the Ohio Revised Code. Bid security furnished in bond form, shall be issued by a surety company or corporation licensed in the State of Ohio to provide said surety. The Freedom Township Board of Trustees reserve the right to waive irregularities and to reject any or all bids. Bidders must comply with the prevailing wage rates on public improvements in Portage County and the Portage County Engineer as determined by the Ohio Bureau of Employment Services, Wage and Hour Division, (614) 644-2239.
