The City of Nacogdoches reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive informalities and irregularities. The City of Nacogdoches is seeking bids from qualified and capable firms to renovate the restrooms of both the Upper and Lower West Park restrooms at Lake Nacogdoches. The Upper West Park location will require removal of existing material such as doors, hardware, and fixtures. The location will require installation of new material such as doors, hardware, and fixtures. The location will also require painting of certain newly installed materials. The Lower West Park location will require the removal of existing material such as doors, hardware, and fixtures. The location will require installation of new material such as doors, hardware, and fixtures. The location will also require painting of certain newly installed materials. Additionally, the Lower West Park location will require installation of a mechanical room door and locking hardware, as well as removal of interior walls to install new plumbing, and replacement of removed interior walls. The Lake Nacogdoches Upper West Park Restroom will require the following work to be performed: - Remove existing doors and frames - Install two (2) new hollow metal doors and frames o Paint frames and doors - Install new door closers/dead bolt locks - Install new push/pull plates Install new solid plastic toilet partition doors at the following locations and in the following quantities: o Two (2) installed in the women's restroom o One (1) installed in the men's restroom - Remove existing porcelain fixtures - Install new stainless fixtures, as specified by the City. The Lake Nacogdoches Lower West Park Restroom will require the following work to be performed: - Remove existing doors and frames - Install two (2) 36x84 hollow metal doors and frames - Install one (1) 24x84 hollow metal door and frame. o Paint frames and doors. - Install new door closers/dead bolt locks -Install new push/pull plates on the 36x84 hollow metal doors - Remove existing plywood from chase wall for new plumbing fixture installation. - Install new 3/4 " BC plywood on the chase wall o Paint wall after installation of new plywood - Remove existing plumbing fixtures - Install new stainless fixtures, as specified by the City - Install new solid plastic toilet partition doors at the three (3) toilet locations.
