Site work for a water / sewer project in Portland, Oregon. Working plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
A recording of the RFQ opening can be found on the Vendor's site. A 36-inch concrete cylinder pipe force main currently conveys wastewater from the Inverness Pump Station to the Columbia Boulevard Wastewater Treatment Plant (CBWTP). A number of failures since 2014 have raised concerns and priority level of this critical asset, particularly because the condition of the majority of the force main alignment is unknown. Using the Progressive Design Build (PDB) delivery method, this project will inspect, design and construct improvements that address deficiencies and reduce the risk of additional failures in the Inverness Force Main system.
