The contractor is responsible for monitoring weather conditions to ensure that the requirements of this specification are met. The CISSS asks the contractor to be particularly vigilant with regard to the surveillance of the premises: to ensure the spreading of abrasive on the surfaces in sufficient quantities to prevent falls and this, at all times.
