Site work and new construction of an educational facility in Lansing, Michigan. Completed plans call for the construction of a 57,290-square-foot educational facility; and for site work for a educational facility.
All bids must be accompanied by a sworn and notarized Familial Relationship Affidavit, disclosing any familial relationship that exists between the owner or any employee of the bidder and any member of the Lansing School District Board of Education or the Superintendent. A bid security bond of 5% is required to be submitted with each bid. A Performance and Payment bond will be required upon award of the contract to the successful bidder. The Lansing School District reserves the right to reject any or all bids, in whole or in part, and to accept the bid or portion of the bid that, in their opinion, best serves the interests of the Lansing School District.
