https://www.hattiesburgms.com/council/ 31. 2023-569 Acknowledge bids received on August 3, 2023, for the Fire Station #7 ReRoof and accept the bid from Associated Contractors, Inc. in the amount of $96,448.00 as the lowest and best bid and authorize the Mayor to execute construction contracts and all necessary agreements for related purposes. ____________________________________________________________________ A single bid will be received for the complete project. Plan holders and bidders are required to log-in or register for a free account to view and order bid documents and to submit bids electronically. A valid email address is required for registration. Any questions regarding website registration and online orders should be directed to plan house at (601) 336-6378. The bid bond shall be payable unconditionally to CITY OF HATTIESBURG. Bids on the project must be received on or before the period scheduled for the project and no bid may be withdrawn after the scheduled closing time for the project, for a period of 45 days. All bids submitted must comply with requirements of title 31, chapter 3 (31-3-1 et seq.) Of Mississippi code of 1972 as amended. Award will be made based on the lowest and best bid received in accordance with title 31, chapter 7 (31-7-13 et seq.) Of Mississippi code of 1972 as amended. The owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive informalities.
