Beaufort County is requesting proposals from experienced Contractors who specialize in grading and site construction. The scope of work and all other details and requirements are included in the RFP. Bids will be received for a single prime contract. Bids shall be on a unit price basis as indicated on the Bid Form. Deadline for Written Questions Tuesday, July 18, 2023 at 5:00 PM Any inquires, requests for interpretation, technical questions, clarification, or additional information shall be emailed to hollie.jones@beaufortcountync.gov Bidders must have a license to do work as a general contractor in the State of North Carolina as set in the North Carolina Statutes. The Contractor's North Carolina License Number shall be listed on the Bid Form Beaufort County reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, waive any informality and award contracts that appear to be in its best interest. The right is reserved to hold any or all proposals for a period of ninety (90) days from the proposal opening thereof. Minority/Women owned businesses are encouraged to submit proposals.
