Contractors are invited to bid on the Vermont Psychiatric Care Hospital (VPCH) Sidewalk and Courtyard Repairs for the Department of Buildings and General Services at 350 Fisher Road in Berlin, Vermont. This project consists of concrete sidewalk and storm drainage repairs around VPCH, but is not limited to: Parking Area: o Replace existing concrete site stairs. o Replace existing concrete walks and curbing damaged by heaving. o Install underdrain below replaced walks with connection to existing drainage network. o Incidental pavement patch related to sidewalk/curb replacement. o Discrete areas of parking lot re-grading with pavement surface replacement & new pavement markings. o Reset existing catch basin rims within work area. Courtyard Area: o Remove landscape boulders & portion of concrete sidewalk. o Replace existing rubberized track with bituminous pavement. o Re adhere edge of rubberized basketball court surface. o Replace discrete areas of concrete walks damaged by heaving. o Install underdrain below replaced walks with connection to existing drainage network. o Install new area drain and piping with connection to existing drainage network.
