(Bill) Hefner Salisbury Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center, 1601 Brenner Ave. Salisbury, NC 28144 has a requirement for a contractor to provide all labor, material, supplies, equipment, transportation, permits, license and qualified supervision for the Air Handler Unit (AHU) Replacement at the Salisbury VA Medical Center. General Scope: The Contractor will provide all transportation, material, hardware, parts, tools, specialized equipment, labor, supervision and technical expertise to replace the SPD AHU. Work shall include, but not be limited to: NAICS CODE: 238220 (Plumbing, Heating, and Air-Conditioning Contractors) Size Standard: $45.0 Million This solicitation is anticipated to be a Total Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) Set-Aside. Solicitation material will be available on/about July 11, 2023. Any specifications, drawings and amendments will be posted on this web site. Proposals will be due approximately 35 days after issuance of the solicitation. Location and points of contact for site visits will be identified in the solicitation.
