The scope of work (SOW) outlined below contains the required elements to successfully complete the LPE phase of the Local Capital Project Delivery (LCPD) Program, and to be eligible to receive federal funding for final design, right-of-way acquisition and construction. The Consultant is reminded to thoroughly review the LCD report and any other available information at the Bergen County Engineer s Office, as well as to determine the adequacy of the said information to be utilized for this project. Upon a determination that such action would be in its best interest, the County, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to cancel or terminate this RFP; reject any or all proposals received in response to this RFP; waive any undesirable, inconsequential, or inconsistent provisions of this RFP which would not have significant impact on any proposal; not award if it is in the best interest of the County not to proceed with contract execution; or if awarded, terminate any contract if the County determines adequate funds are not available.
