Renovation of an educational facility in Eugene, Oregon. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Multiple room renovation within the Knight Campus for Accelerating Scientific Innovation (KCASI) to create new laboratory space for small batch brewing. Rm 245 is 336 square feet of shelled space that will be outfitted with a walk-in cooler, security gate, sink, custom casework, finishes, and other rough-ins for OFOI and CFCI equipment. Rm 257 is 209 square feet of finished space that contains equipment that will be relocated to Rm 215C. Rm 257 will require MEP modification for the installation of OFOI equipment. Rm 215C will require MEP modifications for the installation of the equipment relocated from 257. All bidders must comply with requirements of the prevailing wage law in ORS 279C.800 through ORS 279C.870. No offer will be received or considered by Owner unless the offer contains a statement by the bidder as a part of the offer that states: "Contractor agrees to be bound by and will comply with the provisions of ORS 279C.838, 279C.840 or 40 U.S.C. 3141 to 3148." All bidders must be registered with the Construction Contractor's Board at the time of bid submission. No bid will be considered unless fully completed in the manner provided in the "Instructions to Bidders" upon the Bid form provided.
