Site work and paving for a transportation facility in Hickory, North Carolina. Conceptual plans call for site work for a transportation facility; and for paving for a transportation facility.

The City of Hickory is soliciting Qualifications Statements from qualified consulting firms for providing professional engineering services for the development of the Hickory Regional Airport. Work is anticipated to be accomplished through a combination of City funding and a State grant. The City of Hickory is requesting Statements of Qualifications from interested and qualified Consultants for engineering and subcontracted special services. The services may include, but are not limited to, the design and bidding phase for the Taxiway "A" Slope Stabilization and Repair. The services will also include final design of preferred slope stabilization and repair method for the portion of the Taxiway "A" slope generally depicted in the RFQ instructions package for this project. These services may also include subcontracted special services such as surveying, and supplemental geotechnical investigation. The City of Hickory reserves the right to waive informalities, reject any and all Qualifications Statements, solicit new Qualifications Statements or to award a contract as it deems will best serve its interest
