The Village of Villa Park is now accepting sealed bid proposals for the construction of the new 38,000 SF, 2-story community recreation building, Assembly Group A-3, Type IIB Construction and related site work in Lions Park located at 320 E. Wildwood Avenue., Villa Park, IL. 60181. This project is partially funded by a grant from the State of Illinois Department of Natural Resources (IDNR) Capital Grant Program. Refer to the executed Grant Agreement between the State of Illinois Department of Natural Resources (IDNR) and the Village of Villa Park, Agreement LI-22-005, for additional information, including grant requirements.
