DPS is requesting bids for the El Paso Hondo Pass area office for interior painting at the El Paso Hondo Pass DLD office. DPS may:
1. reject any or all Bids if such action is in the public interest;
2. accept other than the lowest priced Bid; and
3. waive minor informalities and minor irregularities in Bids received. 07/14/2023 5:00 PM CT Last day to submit written questions for

SCOPE OF WORK
This section outlines the scope of work included in the project. Refer to the appropriate drawings and
specification sections for further information about installation, preparation methods and components to be
provided. The contractor is responsible for including all means and methods necessary to complete this portion
of the project. The contract Documents, otherwise referred to as drawings, shall serve as a part of this scope
of work showing more detail on the intent of this project. The Contractor is responsible for including all means
and methods necessary to complete this project. In general, the work includes, but is not limited to, the following
items:
1. This list is generic in nature for major items and intended only to give an overview of general project scope.
2. Remove any hardware, hardware accessories, electrical plates and covers, light fixture trims, and similar
items, to be stored and reinstalled after painting completing.
3. Paint all exterior surfaces to include, trim, eves, metal services, railings, rain gutters, doors, and frames.
4. Color match current exterior colors to as close as possible.
5. Prep and paint walls included in the scope of work. See drawing and spreadsheet for locations.
6. Provide turnkey project as indicated on the drawings and as required for complete project.
