DESCRIPTION OF WORK The purpose of this RFO is for the design and construction of P-2406U Facilities Area 43, Phase II, G/ATOR, Marine Corp Base, Camp Pendleton, California. This project includes design and construction of four (4) new concrete pads and modifies existing concrete pads, expansion of existing parking lot, repairs of an existing dilapidated access road, and provides improved access by asphalt paving of an existing dirt road. The project is also to design and construct new Portland Cement Concrete (PCC) walkway stairs, improves existing electrical power of maintenance facility Building 430256, and performs all ancillary and other works needed in accordance with Army-Navy Transportable Radar Detection 80 (AN/TPS-80) Ground/Air Task Oriented Radar (G/ATOR) Facilities Requirements Document, applicable Unified Facilities Criteria (UFCs) and local requirements. This project will provide the necessary facilities and infrastructure to support the four (4) new G/ATOR systems and will include all related Management, supervision, quality control, labor, equipment, and materials. *The bid list for this project may be incomplete.
