The Architecture and Engineering Firm will work closely with the City Interim Parks and Recreation Manager and Development Services Director, Construction Management firm, and all required State agencies during the Schematic Design (SD), Design Development (DD) and Construction Document (CD) phases of the project. Multiple meetings with the City of Hollister, Interim Parks and Recreation Director, Construction Manager, the community at large and State of California will or may be required.
