Renovation of a mixed-use development in Hollister, California. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a clubhouse / community center; fire / police facility; and playground / park / athletic field.
The Architecture and Engineering Firm will work closely with the City Interim Parks and Recreation Manager and Development Services Director, Construction Management firm, and all required State agencies during the Schematic Design (SD), Design Development (DD) and Construction Document (CD) phases of the project. Multiple meetings with the City of Hollister, Interim Parks and Recreation Director, Construction Manager, the community at large and State of California will or may be required. The State meetings may take place in Sacramento, CA RFQ correspondence, questions pertaining to the Consultant selection process or contract issues should be directed to Tina Garza, Interim Director, Parks and Recreation at Tina.Garza@hollister.ca.gov. All questions must be submitted by 12:00 PM on day, August 4, 2023. Provide architecture and engineering design for a fully functional and operational park complex. The park is being funded through the California State Parks Proposition 68 grant and will be developed on 2240 Valley View Rd, near Avenida Cesar Chavez & Highway 25 (Pinnacles National Park Highway) with a $2,000,000 construction budget.
