The City of Richmond is accepting bids for the construction of two parking garage repairs; Crenshaw Avenue Garage -7 South Crenshaw Avenue Richmond, VA 23221 and Colonial Avenue Garage - 18 South Colonial Avenue Richmond, VA 23221. The project will provide general contracting services that include but are not limited to stairwells removal of rust and paint; repairing minimal steel and concrete portion sections; and priming and repainting, included in the contract documents. Total project contract duration is One Hundred and Twenty (120) consecutive calendar days.
