The City of Parkland, Florida is requesting bids from qualified, state-certified licensed general contractors, hereinafter referred to as the "Bidder", for the restroom renovations at Terramar Park in accordance with the terms, conditions, and specifications contained in this solicitation document. Restroom Renovations at Terramar Park Building #6570 and Building #6690 include: Work at Building #6570 consists of but is not limited to: remove the awning and connecting the concrete to the existing sidewalk in front of the Women's restroom, new plumbing fixtures, floor to ceiling tile, new light fixtures and additional interior finishes, epoxy flooring, drinking fountain and paint entire building. Work at Building #6690 consists of but is not limited to: new plumbing fixtures, new partitions, replacing the epoxy flooring, replace sinks and drinking fountains, floor to ceiling tile, new light fixtures, and new emergency lighting, paint entire building and new metal entrance gates. An additional alternative, to be priced separately, is also called out to remove the existing louvers and install impact rated windows, infill the existing gates to accommodate a new door with ADA automatic and power doors at Bldg. #6690, City to provide air conditioning under separate contract or with internal forces.
