Lee County Board of County Commissioners seeks to contract with a qualified Contractor to provide Construction services to widen an existing two (2) lane undivided collector roadway to a three (3) lane undivided collector roadway. The scope of work includes the construction of +- 6,400 LF of roadway, which includes the widening of an existing bridge crossing, drainage improvements, two (2) on-road bike lanes, two (2) 5' concrete sidewalks, embankment, sod, core level landscaping/irrigation and other roadway appurtenances shown in the solicitation package. The scope of work also includes signing, pavement marking, maintenance of traffic, intersection/crosswalk lighting, and installation/removal of erosion control measures.
