Renovation of an educational facility in Sulphur, Louisiana. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

Barn replacement at Cypress Cove Elementary School. No Bid shall be considered or accepted unless the bid is accompanied by bid security in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the Base Bid and all Additive Alternates. The bid security shall be in the form of certified check or cashiers check drawn on a bank insured by the FDIC. Bids shall be accepted only from Contractors who are licensed under LS R.S. 37:2150- 2163 for the classification of Building Construction. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids for just cause as permitted by LA. R.S. 38:2214 (B).The ability of an entity to reject any bid is applicable only when administered in accordance with the Public Bid Law. In accordance with LA. Bidder acknowledges that all phases of the Project shall be Substantially Complete in One Hundred Eighty (180) calendar days from receipt of written Notice to Proceed from Owner. Liquidated Damages in the amount of Five Hundred and 00/100 Dollars ($500.00) per calendar day
