University is seeking qualified vendor to perform Fire Sprinkler Inspection and Testing Services and perform any necessary repairs on an as needed basis. All questions or concerns must be received by the above-named person no later than 5:00 p.m. Central Standard Time, on July 19, 2023. University will not accept questions after that time. University is not obligated to respond to each question, and only responses designated as formal Addenda to the RFP will be binding on University. However, if University decides to answer questions in writing, then University will post to the Supplier Portal. It is Universitys intent to respond to all appropriate questions and concerns; however, University reserves the right to decline to respond to any question.
