Reference Number 0000251671 The Work shall consist of the supply of various electrical components, which are listed in Price Schedule Shopping Basket, to various TTC locations on an "as required" basis. The supply of various electrical components are divided into the following three groups: a. Firm Price List b. Manufacturer Cost Plus c. Blended Cost Plus The Term of the Contract shall be for up to two (2) year term, commencing upon notification of award of a Contract or the issuance of a Purchase Order (approx. September 2023), with the option to extend the Contract Term for up to one (1) additional 1-year period, all in accordance with the terms, conditions and specifications contained herein. Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform.
